I know of a beautiful modern 3 bedroom apartment with 3 baths 15 minutes walk to El Centro. The unit is semi-furnished with a fridge, washer and dryer. One year lease and rent is $450.00 a month. If anyone is interested, can email me offline.

I am not advertising for this apartment in Cuenca as this does not belong to me. I was made aware of this unit being available for rent and thought I'd help the members of this group who are looking for a place to stay.
