The housing of 50k SAR gives you a decent 5 bedroom house in major cities like Jeddah, Riyadh and Dammam.

If you're looking for a very high quality and standard house, this amount will be for a 2-3 bedroom house in a good location with facilities.

Compounds, no. You would need at least double of this.

You don't need double of that for a compound, well you do if you want a 2-3 room place.  But for 50k you can get a studio on many compounds.

Thanks for getting back to me. I will be moving to jubail industrial, and I will be in a compound... prob getting a 1 bedroom apt in the compound
