Attestation must be done on the original degree certificate (English) or it must be translated to Arabic and then need to get attested from India???

Any 1 attestation is needed or the attestation must be needed on both ??

Marriage certificate attestation is also needed.

Certificate need not be translated, it has to be attested from place you have completed your education and if from India then from the Saudi embassy there.
