I live in District 1 and we need a high quality fan because running the aircon all the time is way too expensive. If you know of any small appliance stores that carry fans, please let me know. Thanks!

OR, you could do what I did, and request your landlord provide a fan for you. Mine had an extra one she wasn't using. Check before you go buy one.
