I doubt it. Playing cricket requires a field (like American baseball) and there is really a lack of sports fields in Việt Nam and any fields that are available are used for soccer, the more popular sport here.

I live in Estella An Phu District 2, i watched an interesting cricket knockabout on Sunday morning in the grounds of our living area, i am not sure what nationality they were but i think Indian, very enjoyable from my 17th floor balcony.
I will venture out and ask them about their club next time i see them play.
