Greetings to all the wonderful people in Malta.
I was curious if there is a system similar to Allegro or e-bay online who delivers products to your home. Any post will be highly apreciated. Thanks in advance.

I'm not fully understanding exactly what you are asking but we have just about all our shopping of any type delivered free and mail order has never been a problem. If we are not home for parcel delivery we collect from the village post office.
So, systems exist and mail order web sites are multiple.

Ebay does not allow you to order on line and pay when it arrives!

You pay when ordering and it will include postage if they deliver to Malta.

It would be a very brave company that would allow to order with payment on delivery to Malta!
If you use Malta post send on then the postage is paid on delivery.
