Can anyone tell me how i could access some Art student work from the colleges in Ho Chi Minh City? Would love to teach there!

You can check www.ngoctinhgallery.com and email them. They are not an art school, but they have a bunch of Vietnamese artists who sell their work there and they try to connect people to the Vietnamese art scene. They might be a good place to start. The owners speak enough English to help you.
