I wanted to know the process and as to how easy or difficult is it for an Indian Expat to have an off shore company in Armenia.

It is easy, not very difficult, will cost you between 3000-5000 US$ based on whom you are appointing as your consultant to do the job. Indian's are a welcome ethnicity in Armenia, people there likes us
