I haven't seen the Ad to which you refer, but the Bayview is a hotel that also offers holiday apartments. They have the main building on Gzira Strand and a couple of separate Annexes on roads behind it. If the Ad refers to them being brand new, then it may be the new block which they are in the process of building on Ponsomby Street in Gzira. The outside is complete and they are working on the interiors now.  I've never stayed in the Bayview, but it does appear to be very popular in the Summer.

as has already been said the Bayview Hotel has several appartment buildings within 200-300 metres of the main 3* hotel on the Strand.

They are constantly on the lookout for new properties that they can turn into short or long let appartments. I don't think their new building on Ponsonby Street will be ready this year - maybe next summer. But then it will probably be let out to language schools to accomodate students for the summer ! I had originally heard that it would be a new language school.

Are you looking for a holiday appartment or a longer let?

And thank you for such a prompt answer.    We are just staying for about 5 weeks in February and the new properties that you mention will probably explain the online views, video and photos of the property we have booked.  How can I find the posts you mention ?
