Moving to Chennai

Hi all, I am a British Indian from London and have been given an opportunity to take up position in Chennai with my current employer. My family will be coming along with me and I have 2 children aged 6 & 10. I would really like some guidance on the expat community as well as some advise on around housing, schooling, family life. Also what kind of things should I be considering before I accept the offer.

Any help would be most appreciated

Good to know that u will be moving to India, Chennai. I have recently shifted to India some 3 months back and that to Chennai. But my job profile involves lots of traveling. I keep on travelling because of this I was not able to interact with the local expats. But my wife is a member of some expat group.

I can provide you some contact details of the company who handled my relocation and even provided me with orientation services.
