HI

I have recently arrived (a week ago) from Australia - I was originally born in UK and moved to Australia in 2002.  I have family in UK and wanted to be closer to them (without having to move back to the UK)

Renting for 6 months in Duras until we get settled and eventually find our own property.

Would love to hear from anyone who lives in the area to meet for chat.  Obviously very green, as to where everything is so any advice would be much appreciated.

Love to hear from you.

Hi

Well, we are now into our 4th month and I would say the biggest hiccup has been the Language barrier but we have a good teacher and we are Definitely improving.

Best decision we made, lots of red tape to get through but again, well worth it.      It is a fantastic country, and the food is yummy!        Doggies love it too!

Let me know if you need any more info.

What part of Australia are you from and where do you plan on going in France?
