I'm moving to bangkok very soon, and have been trying to find a place to rent between Mo chit BTS station to a far as Ekkamai.

Although i keep seeing alot of much cheaper, but just as nice apartments/condos situated in Rama 9.

does anyone have any opinions, information, suggestions or anything  like that about the area?

any help would be appreciated.

thank you :)

Hey Christine,

My name is Hugo, I'm 17,from France, and I just moved in a condo with my dad, about 2 months ago, so we had to look for it ....
First of all, you should know that a condo near BTS is more expensive, because it is well placed, it's in sukhumvit and you can go wherever you want, but you can find some nice condos at a good pribathroomce, I live in Udomsuk (at 30 seconds from the BTS station, and it's not noisy) in a condo called Ideo Bluecove (there are 2 in this area, mine is the new one, smaller, probably cheaper...) My condo has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living room connected to the kitchen and a closed balcony (it has windows which you can open) my dad rents it for 25,000 bahts per month, so you can probably find cheaper (if you live alone and only need 1bathroom and bedroom). Hope it helps you.

Hugo.
