Russian speaker in Jubail

Hi I am planning to move out to Jubail early next year with my wife and kids following soon after. My wife is a native Russian speaker so are they many Russian speakers in the area? She is fluent English speaker as well so the language is no problem but it would be nice if she could have some people to talk to in her native tongue.
