Hello everyone.

Can any one recommend a solicitor /attorney/notary? Especially if you have had the experience of their services

We need to make a will for our property in Mauritius and also settle a long standing problem with a neighbour.

I'm not sure any lawyers here in Brazil could help you with this. Perhaps you might get more relevant information if you posted in the Mauritius Forum.

Hi there,

It really depends on what budget and "good lawyer" is relative.

If the issue is complicated costs can range from 500 Euros to 4,000 euros plus.

If you have to set up a will and also the property and depending of the value to the beneficiary, then consider the Foundation Act of Mauritius ratified last July 2012.
