Hi, are you a Filipino? Can you please please please help me? 
I need to interview some Filipinos for an article I am writing. Do you know where I can find some Filipino communities in Korea? Or if you have time, may I interview you?

I think that it would be useful if you can have a look to the Filipino expatriates in Seoul page.
I also suggest you to create an ad with all your questions on the Looking for testimonies in Seoul section, it might also help.
