Any advice on where I should be looking for a decent range of Necklaces / Bracelets ?

There's very little choice on Gozo and what I've seen seems expensive for what it is. Instinct tells me head to Sliema, but if someone knows better.................

Mellieha has a good range of jewellery shops, all in the main street.

try looking in the non tourist areas like zabbar zejtun paola/fgura - the one thing malta is not short of is Jewellers....

stay away from the tourist areas.... speak to some local maltese folk ask themm where they go - thats what we did and we got very good prices..... not the very good tourist prices.
