Gyms - Nguyen Dinh Chieu area?

Hi,
I moved to Saigon 2 weeks ago now and have recently found a place to live on Nguyen Dinh Chieu Street in DIstrict 1. I do not have a motorbike yet and was wondering if anyone knew of any gyms in the area that are either walkable or a short motorbike taxi ride away?
I live close to the Novotel Saigon Centre hotel (which only has a tiny gym) and do not really know the area very well yet
