Hi,
I wish to know the business climate in Mauritius, Madagascar, Seychelles, Nigeria and Ghana. How easy is it to process license/permit to operate, what are the key requirements/documents to submit to what particular bureau or ministry?

Would appreciate help from people who had experience in start-up business in the aforementioned countries.
