Executive Assistant to CEO Job OFFER !!

Hey Everyone in AbuDhabi, hope u r doing great.

Iam having 7 years of experience in Office Management for Senior executives.
Iam University Graduate with almost a finished MBA Degree.

I got an Offer for an "Executive Assistant to CEO " in big Group Company for 8000 AED to be negotiated .

I Think it's below my qualifications and not worthy .
The question is: What is the appropriate Salary to ask for and shall i negotiate them or just drop the whole thing b/c after doing research about expenses, i must not ask for less than 12000 AED-15000 AED !

What u mean by Benefits ? they r offering Health insurance+ Yearly ticket
Or u mean accomodation and transportation allowances?

Yes Yousra, i mean Health Insurance + accommodation, the rent in Abu Dhabi will take approx. 35% of your salary, for a good place, besides the rent this year has been raised up to 30%.
