Depends on location

ephebus

The Soap Cafe has one, in Sliema. Can't remember the price... 5 or 10 euros. Included a massage stretcher, massage oils, candles radio/cd layer, use of bathroom and shower.

Seems more aimed at things to be done on a stretcher, so it depends on what you're doing as a therapy... and you'd have a bit of noise outside during shop hours, but it's not open for long... Usualy late afternoon until 8PM or similar.

There is another one in Mosta I can think of, also in a shop - called Shanti - near the big church.

Good luck! =)
