I dont know if the links I am about to post have been posted on here before - I did a quick check but couldn't find any references -, but I keep reading again and again that newcomers (and existing members) want to learn English.

Here are some links to free courses and resources that may help:

Thank you, Matt!

I always do online exercise, because I can do anytime that I don't feel sleepy at all. I used study with englishpage.com to improve English grammar. And now I'm trying to improve speaking skill, so I'm studying with talkenglish.com everyday. Always try to learn by myself, because I'm very shy when I talk to foreigner, althought when I studied in my University, my teacher always talked to me, I had much time to study and chat with him. But, hmmm, I was so lazy to speak English. I think, online study is the best choice for me.

I suddently remembered some months ago, when my Dean of Faculty asked me: do you want to go Africa some days on October? I replied: I dont know, maybe, if I can speak English, but I will try all my best. He also said, a foreign student would go here on September, and I would spend much time to work with her.

After that, I worried a little, and tried to find some ways to improve spoken English, but it's not efficient at all. Specially, I go to vietnamcupid and created an account to make friend there :D. But nobody wants to have a friend haha, then I deactived that account and never back to this site :D.

And someday, my American friend chat with me via Tango, I used Tango, and posted some photos. Many people wanted to talk to me, but I can't talk directly, just chat. But many people are terrible, there is some guys call me continuously, even I didn't have enough time to block them :D. However, I also have some friends, they were willing help me. After about 3 months, I can write many things. And when I knew this 4rum, I spent much time to read and write.

Haha, it's very funny to remember some old days ago... Now I can speak English a little :D.

I think you are doing very well.

When i was learning to speak German in Germany my tutor would say: "Ubung macht den meister!" In English "practice makes perfect". I am sure that you have a similar saying in Vietnamese.

Sure, in Vietname, we have this "Học đi đôi với hành" - Study must be accompanied by practice (học: study, đi đôi với: accompanied by; hành - thực hành (not onion :p): practice)
I am still trying to improve all 4 skills, read and write here, speak with foregner and listen to Toeic tests everyday.

Ngattt ơi, I think "Practice makes perfect"  similar  "có công mài sắt có ngày nên kim"  more than "học đi đôi với hành"

Yes, thanks, you are right. I forgot that proverb.
By the way, we are have: "experience is the best teacher": trăm hay không bằng tay quen.
