The process is filipinas have no visa requirement to come to Cambodia , after 21 days must extend their stay up to a year ( cost is 285 us for 1 year , just over half of this for 6 months and about i45 us for extra 3 months ! You need to go to any travel agency within Cambodia to extend !

Thanks for sharing the info Wimbleton :)

I think the financial requirement may just be a bank account or credit card to show the person has access to sufficient funds to cover accommodation costs etc.
I suggest taking out  travel insurance in case of lost baggage, airline rescheduling, sickness etc.

Hello again!

I visited Cambodia via Thailand with my Filipina fiancee in December. We did not need to provide any evidence of financial support while visiting Cambodia to the border guards but it may be different for a single woman flying into Cambodia directly from Philippines.

Note that your girl will need to pay a substantial departure tax - approximately 1800 pesos - before she will be allowed to leave the Philippines.

if she has mastercard or visa under her name, that would be ok. bank statements or certificate of deposit from a known bank will also help. :)
