registration to SCE

hello..i am a filipino and may i know what is the education level to qualify for the registration to saudi council of engineers..i graduated three years diploma in electronics engineering and currently working for 14 years as an engineer same with my iqama title. Is it enough to register for the SCE. please reply me..anybody there who knows..

Hello,
You need a 4 year degree , and it is a must.
Even I am a Diploma holder with 25 years of experience in K.S.A , but was still denied SCE registration only because I missed the last year of engineering !
They guided me to change my profession and I had to do it to get my Iqama renewed.
But for that , you will have to register for SCE , pay the fees of SR500 for evaluation of certificates , let them deny it , and then go to their office and get the letter from them to be taken to the Ministry of Labour.
