You have to get the below arranged by your father.

1- Your father has to visit Jawazat office. There are maktabs in front of the office, you have to get a computer printout of the letter titled "Aqad Tanazul" which will be filled in arabic by those guys. Make sure the names and numbers are correct  after they print out it for you. they mostly make mistakes, they normally charge 10 riyals for that.

2- Enter the jawazat. if you are in Riyadh, there is a office that is handling transfers. ask your dad to go with you. They will stamp that printed letter.

3- get your dad to arrange a letter from his company addressed to your new company stating that he has no objection to transfering you to them. its basic lingo not a big deal. make sure its stamped by chamber of commerce.

These two docs are the ones required by your new company.
