What is the reason for wanting a Taiwanese passport.
Is there any value in having it.
Can you have dual citizenship which is required before you can get the passport.
It may take years to get the citizenship so you can then get a passport.

Best you check out the Taiwan Govt immigration website to see if you can get the correct information.

Singapore doesn't allow dual nationality. I think having a Singaporean passport is pretty cool, but you know Taiwan is an amazing place.
