Were you not recently refused a visa and came on here looking for a way round that?
Try here but you'll probably (almost certainly) have to speak Maltese.

As you are not an EU citizen I would suggest that unless you obtain a job before arrival and your employer 'sponsors' you and having had a previous visitor's visa refused then you will find this very difficult. As I understand it, jobs go to Maltese/EU first and it has to be proved that neither can do the job or that there are none available for the position that you may be interested in. Good luck but you may do better by looking elsewhere.

Hi Shekharchaphekar,

looking for 'any job' in Malta is exactly what is going to fail you in the EU as you are a non-EU citizen.

You have to look at what you can do better than anybody else in Malta or the EU ie what are the special qualifications you have to offer. What 10 year experiences do you have that nobody else has in the EU ?

Your visa got rejected because the consulate knew you are looking for 'any job' .

Cheers
Ricky

As the others have said unless you can do a job that no Maltese or eu citizen can do or want you will have a hard time.  Sorry to sound harsh but its a fact .... They make it difficult for a reason !
