Would like to know cost of living and work culture in OMAN

Hi,

I am Balakrishna.

I have been offered 1500 USD Per month+ 70k indian salary to work in Oman. Currently I come alone.

I am a software engineer.

Is it enough to work in OMAN and save some amount per month as per the normal living standards in OMAN?

Is it a good idea?

Please some one help me here.

Please elaborate the package as its confusing.

Is it 1500 USD + 70K Indian Rupees ?
It would be much easier if you could post the exact amount, either in USD or Indian Rupees (Or the best would be in Omani Rials).

Its approximately 1000 omr.

Promised transportation charges only.

Is it enougj to stay and save some amount.

Please tell.

should be enough if you are alone. Savings will depend on whether you are going to get accommodation/transport from your employer or not

Thanks. They promised only transporatation. No accommodation.

But I get 1000 omr. Hw much can I save if I run a normal living style in oman?

Please help me. Then I can think abt offer
