I'm a 23 year old guy from belgium looking for new friends since i just arrived in Hong Kong!

Maybe there are also any belgians?

Hi Maxim
the Belgian community is small but quite connected. You should definitely start with the Consulate for more info (you will need to do that to register for elections anyway).
