I am a civil engineer by proffesion. But, my Iqama is with student category as i am currently taking masters in Construction engineering here Saudi arabia.I have every document which proofs that as i am an engineer. I would like to spend my break vacation in UAE. from the information i gave you, can i get on arrival visa?

Probably not, as your iqama says you are a student.

In such cases, travel agencies can help you get the visa. Go visit a couple of good travel agencies and see what they require from you to get you the visa.

If you travel on FlyDubai or Emirates you can ask them to get the visa for you.
