Possibly moving to Kuwait

Hello Sir/Madam,
I don't think u will get a precise info becoz it's up to u on ur Income how much u want to spend for ur Flat rent House hold etc.
Here people getting 1000KD per month but they are not happy/comfortable.
Here some people getting 250 or 270KD per month but they are living with 2 3 children happily.
So it's all up to u in which way u want to be.

if ur children wanna go school
u have to pay nearly 1400 KD yearly for each

for food and going around nearly 200-250 KD monthly
for renting a good house with two rooms nearly 250-350 KD monthly

For a family of 4 1200 KD is enough to have a very good life in Kuwait (excluding the initial settling expenses). Of course it varies a lot, depending on the kind of life style you find manageable, the matter you find necessary and the environment that you find most nourishing.

Just go through many of the threads here that discuss life in Kuwait and you'll get a rough estimate of what the costs of things are.
