Hi to all..

I am a new member here and I am glad to find this place. I am a Filipina working in Dubai, UNited Arab Emirates. I am assigned to search about Ecuadro due to our expansion plans. Ours is a trading company/ import/export. We have plans of visiting Quito soon. How about an ideal pplace to stay? Any recommended translator for our business registrations? How about commercial space for an office? I need more information about employment in Dubai and how many expats are there? How about Indian community?

As a first step, I would suggest you to have a look at our Guide of Life in Ecuador and also have a look at the Ecuador Classifieds. Scroll down the page and you'll see all the sections of Classifieds. This may give you an idea of rental prices for commercial spaces etc.

Hello, I'm also a new member and glad to find a place to communicate with Ecuadorian expats. I'm currently looking at properties in and around the North Central area, Ibarra, Otalavo, Cotachaci areas. I have found some property, planning to come visit and negotiate, probably this month. It would be great to find someone in that area who could assist with getting around, negotiating with a property owner and so forth. I expect to pay some compensation for assistance and recommendations. Frankly, don't speak any Spanish and need the help. Thanks.
