Finding executive sales position in England/Wales

I am interested in learning more about how to pursue a sales position within the UK. Primarily in north England or Wales. Travel industry, retail sales, executive position or potential.
Currently own a retail catalog business, rental property and livestock. 30+ years of sales experience including face-to-face sales, phone sales. Self motivated, self directed, team player. Looking to move to England.
