Hi Kabayan,

check you contract..as far as i know, kung magreresign ka and pinayagan ka and binigyan k ng exit visa..wala ng problema dun..kasi pag nabigyan ka ng exit visa ibig sabihin cleared k s previous company m..check your contract nga lan kasi my iba na nagsasabi sa contract eh it's either may babayran ka kasi ngresign ka or papayagan ka nila mgresign as long na yung bagong work mo eh hnd in line or kagaya ng bagong work mo..just to make ure hingi k din ng clearance or certificate sa employer mn cleared k..

If your current company can give you final exit, then its fine you can come over with new visa for new company. Am not pretty sure about NOC.

As far as NOC is concerned, it is not required. You can leave on final exit and return back on new employment visa. Unless your employer makes an explicit request for ban on your return, that won't be an issue.

NOC no needed at all. if you are given exit then you come as early as your new visa got stamped to your passport. However sometimes clever employers send their employees on EXIT RE Entry to hold you to comeback to saudi with a new sponcer, thus you cant have stamped a new visa unless first visa got expired.
There is no way they can request law legislation to not to get you inn to Saudi again. so you shouldnt be worried bout it.

Just make sure your contract is still valid, check arabic dates (Hijri dates).

Employer cannot band any one. neither their request to do so will be served in any legal dept.

Employers have the right to file a case in labor court to request 3 years ban on your return and if approved, it will be applied by government.

before you leave your post, make sure your new company already handed you their offer letter or visa if applicable, and processed everything for your return.

about the NOC, i dont think you would be needing it since they took you in already.

so, there is no problem anymore, if i want to come back again here in riyadh after my resignation and my company gave me an exit visa but there is no NOC or No Objection Certificate? and one more thing How about the finger print in the airport/ immigration? they can see all your previous records while your are getting to finger print right? is there any problem also for my finger print records? as i heard the news, is there a possibility to transfer to another company due to 3 months delayed salary for my previous company? is the labor office in riyadh or rather in saudi arabia approved and implement this kind of rumors? update pls.

Hello!

NOC is no longer required based on the new policy.  As long as the Company issued an exit visa, you can return back without any problem.  Make sure to clear all your active records - such as bank accounts, bills and etc.  I'm not sure about the required Months which is I heard from someone else.

Very true. Three years is the minimum time. They can request a ban for LIFETIME as well. And Ministry of Foreign Affairs never asks them "WHY".
