Hello good sir, i'm not sure what's your expectation of rabegh is, because its just an hour away from jeddah 'ive been there a few times, but well anyway here it goes

What should be the salary for good life and for saving?

5000 and above will get you average/good life, depends on your standard.

What's it like living in Rabigh? What's the city/weather like?

rabegh is a medium city but it has everything( necessities ) you'll need(but no malls), weather is  just SUN,SAND and DRY COLD WIND that's their weather, nowadays it's still cold but summer is on the way 

What sorts of activities can i do in your free time?

well it depends, if you have a car you can do anything, usually it's fishing cause it's near the sea and sports, welcome to KSA!

What's the best way of getting around the city as a family?

personal car my friend, they don't have public transportation if that's what you mean

Anytime bro, rabegh is not as big as jeddah/riyadh nor as complex but its good, you can live there with a ease, many korean's and chinese there also so you dont have to worry of being the only foreigner
