Furnished or unfurnished

I have been looking at the long term lets and they all are furnished. Is there any unfurnished apartments or am I better selling my furniture and taking a furnished place.

most are furnished and of varying qualities and comfort
those that are unfurnished are few and far between

but some landlords will store their furniture so you can use your own - but be careful they may wish to use space in the property you rent to store it...LOL

its only my opinion - I couldnt and wouldnt recommend any of the estate agents here....

best to use word of mouth and personal recommendation

just dont get caught in the DOMESTiC utility tariff trap

trust your instincts - if in doubt - walk out
