If someone goes to vacation to his home country on exit re-entry visa and does NOT come back deliberately, then what are the legal complications? If he wants to come again on some new visa of some other company, is that possible? does he have to only wait for his previous iqama (Residence Card) to be expired or is there some 2 years ban or something on cases like these??

I've heard it's a ban of at least two years, but who knows how that'll change in the future - you could be banned indefinitely.

well i have heard that you can come back the next day your iqama expires.. no such ban anymore.. so was uncertain on this ambiguity..
