Working in Jubail as contractor for Daral Riyadh

So got an offer from maaden for a contract and then Daral Riyadh contacted me for visa purpose. The contract is for one year. My concerns are.

1) How easy is it to renew a contract or to find another one once it is finish. Just thinking about long term is it worth it.
2) I have been offered about 30K per month as base salary with living allowance and other benefits, is that reasonable?
3) As I am getting living allowance Can I move into a north American compound or is that something only possible if my company applies?

Not sure about how easy to renew a contract, what is your job position?
Is the 30K including the housing allowance? You will struggle to get straight into a western compound at the moment as there are so many big contracts out there that companies have reserved a lot of housing for people coming out. Best to get in touch with the compounds direct and see about avilability, a quick search on here will find their names.

I will be working as project Engineer for Commissioning.

30K is the base salary, living allowance is around 100K a year.

Murjan Village? Nice :-) If so then its a LOT of money not sure but rumours are in excess of $80000 US a year. Not sure they deal with individuals either. Please let us know the exact amoun if you find out.
