PhD in the USA

Hello everybody!

I am looking to do a PhD in the States but I don't really know where to start from. I would like to get a scholarship or sponsorship (or even work in a research lab while writing my thesis). I tried just "googleing" it but I get some general information about PhD, nothing specific.

My Master is in Hydroinformatics and water management, and right now I am working in South Korea for a research group. My project is based on a regional climate change simulation.

Do you have any tips? Maybe there are some "agents" that are taking care of international students that want to apply for a PhD?

Thanks a lot!  :)

PhD in the USA?  Isn't that a John Mellencamp song?

You might want to look at specific school websites.  The schools have all the information you need.
