PR cookbooks with photos

Can anyone suggest a good puerto rican cook book that has photos of the local fruits and vegetables that we will find in PR?  We have some of them up here in the northern states but have little idea how to use the or when they are ripe.  Have found many times that the local vendor says it's ripe but you just can't eat it because it is are still "green".  They just want to get rid of the stuff that won't ripen and figure us gringos won't know the difference!

I'd like to learn as much as possible about the local foods - especially fruits and vegetables - before the big move.  Thanks.

Barnes and Nobles in PR had several PR picture cookbooks. I am sure they have them in the USA as well. Search them.

P.S. A great source of all kind of unknown otherwise fruits (since they do not transport well) on the West xcoast wa Mayaguez market. I had lots of fun there on my culinary expeditions.
