Travelling new to Brussels -- commune / asian populated area

Greetings!! i would be travelling to Brussels in July 10, on a long term employment. I communicate in English only hence I wish if anyone could help in suggesting me english speaking commune or areas with asian population. I would also like to rent an apartment there.
