An invitation to go in my office-mate's house

Hi guys, i am having a dilemma, for me to accept the invitation or not.

I am just worried on how for me to act as a visitor in there house, he is a local here in Saudi. He is really a nice & good guy and its hard to say "no". As we all know they have a different culture here and practices, totally different from my country where I came from.

I will appreciate whatever inputs you'll give.

Thanks.  :D:/

I think you should just let him know that you would love to visit his place but are apprehensive about the fact that you are not accustomed to the traditions and the code of conduct  in local houses simply because of your different background.  I  am sure he will understand and will make you feel comfortable.

Cheers.

As a saudi citizen I assure you that he understands the differences between country and another.
Just relax and ENJOY !

Just relax and accept his invitation. Saudis are very courteous and their hospitality goes beyond anything you could imagine. At work they could kill you but when you're at their home you're the guest and they'd spare no means to entertain you.

If you really feel that he is a trusted guy, I think you must accept the invitation.  Just give it a try to know more about your friends.

You are so lucky, in our office no one invites one another hahaha. its ok you can be their guest, you can explore the local culture and they can explore yours. But be careful do not discuss anything about religion or local facts to get yourself in trouble. Have a nice time....
