Hello Jenny,

Welcome to Expat.com! :)

A new topic has been created with your post on the Philippines forum for better visibility. Maybe try to contact the embassy of Norway in Philippines to have more information?

All the best,
Christine

yes as christine says   -first place to go would be the embassy   http://www.norway.ph/Embassy/     to register

yeah, you better visit their embassy. but if you want to make someone do the errands for you, you need to appoint him/her with SPA.

as you already know your child is born under philippine law which mean he/she is filipino citizen , after the baby is registered to ph you can go to Norwegian embassy with your bf and the baby , Norwegian  embassy are not so strict they are very kind to ask for more help regarding to your issue .
