Need serviced apartment for rent

Hi All,

I am moving to HCMC next month. My office is in Kumho Asiana Plaza (Dist 1) and I am therefore planning to rent a serviced apartment (I am single) in Dist 1. I have also heard Dist 3 is good for expats, but the trade off will be rent vs daily transportation.

Any suggestion here? My budget is ~400 USD per month. I prefer a balcony and a non-ground floor.

Thanks so much!

You will only get a small serviced room for that price, maybe around 40 sqmts.

Yeah, with that price you can rent a 1 BR apt  in Q.1.

That's exactly what i want - i will be putting up alone, and i have very basic needs - the room must have windows and a balcony is preferred. And it should be properly serviced - my work life would be hectic, so i would really avoid problems with water supply, electricity etc.

Can i have some suggestions here please?

Thank you.
