Relocating to Malta with a baby

Hello everyone,
We are considering to relocate to Malta this spring or early summer. We are a family with a 1,3 old baby.
Could you please advise a region with good kindergartens and convenient infrastructure (shops, banks, pharmacies nearby)?
We would also appreciate if you could share links of reliable companies that rent out apartment for long period.
