Will not be a satisfying answer but;
I just saw soy milk. Others even dont know what they are :(  Refer only to few big markets.

I suggest to completely forget eating outside. Will be a big trouble to explain difference of vegetarian and vegan.

Good part is vegetables and fruits in here is so tasty. I come to Morocco as a carnivore, now (even me) start to consume mostly vegetables.

Good luck

To be honest, you'll find it quite difficult. I don't know where you'd get your protein other than beans. Even here in Casablanca, supermarkets with the kind of variety that you'd find in America, for example, don't seem to exist. Though I guess there a few Carrefours (as in three or four). But you'd better hope you live near them. And as for eating out, forget it. I haven't met anyone who knows what tofu or soy milk is, and there are very few dishes that have neither meat nor dairy. Basically your best bet is going to be Carrefour. Sorry to be the bearer of bad news.

There are some tofu and soya products in Acima and Marjane supermarkets. Soya is always there, mainly as soya drink products. You can also get rice "milk" and oat "milk" from these supermarkets as well as Carrefour. Unfortunately tofu is not always in stock and there are sometimes very long periods between deliveries - months even.

There is a small number of specialist shops in Casablanca which have some products suitable for vegans for sale. They can be found on blanee.com
