You can check www.numbeo.com for price comparisons.
The general recommendation is, for a student, to have at least EUR800/month.
This also happens to be roughly the poverty line - just to give you an idea what lifestyle to expect. If you want to have any luxuries (like ethnic food - Indian isn't cheap here!), explore the sights of Europe or visit home, you need to bring more.
