I don't think the contribution needs to be paid with a single permit application. Do call VFS to verify this.

I have checked with VFS and they do not have any idea about the process.

They are saying we will only collect the documents and send them to consulate or embassy.

As per the website related to the Administrative fee. Every application who wanted to stay for more than 90 days should pay this fee per application.

https://dofi.ibz.be/sites/dvzoe/EN/Appl … 20fee.aspx

This checklist also mentioned the administrative fee.

I am worried about it at this moment I have all the documents required to my visa application.

Expect this one. Can some who migrated Belgium along with spouse recently on the single permit.

please reply on this thread.

I am counting on you.

Thank you in advance,

I asked the company to pay it for my wife and send me the receipt to enclose it with her file and agreed with my employer to be deducted from my first salary, one of my friends told me he did that before but in the older system before the single permit system

As per the checklist:

For single permit holder: https://india.diplomatie.belgium.be/sit … permit.pdf

For dependent: https://india.diplomatie.belgium.be/sit … 010bis.pdf

The dependent checklist mentions contribution fee, single permit holder's checklist doesnt. I hope this explains.
