Can someone advise, what is the cheapest way to make an international call to Pakistan , from Riyadh (Saudi Arabia)?

Join Skype. It is free to join and call costs are low. Just Google ' skype' and you can download to your computer or smart phone.

But I am specifically asking about international calls , without the use of Skype or any over the internet calls.

Has anyone hear of or tried SIPPY calling card. Is it like Skype or like a regular phone call. Ad suggest 500 min talk time to Pakistan with a 28 riyal card and even more tall time to India. Any experiences ?

There is no card for Actin voip , you need to install app and pay by Visa Card
