Tax professionals for employees of the US Federal Government

Does anyone know of any tax professionals that would specialize in government moves from the states to Puerto Rico for federal employees. I need someone that knows the laws and how government moves work. If you know of an accountant that could help with this specific situation, I would love to hear about them. Thank you

Sorry, I can't help you but maybe some help will show up. I know of at least one federal employee who visits here.
