Going back to home Country - Visit Visa

I have extended two times the visit visa for my mother, and now i have Visa paper valid till 5 May 2014.
My mother Going Back to Pakistan at the End of this Month.

the visa Extension Form/Paper is Enough to Exit from Saudi Arabia? or there are any other Requirements(i don't think so).

Thank all of you; With the help of this Forum i got the Visit Visa.
